Caliber of Experience

 

Ask your builder how many years he has been a builder of the same caliber of home as the one your wanting to build. Over half the builders out there know very little about building and simply hire people who do. The true care for your home is in the builder and not in the employees.

 

Not all builders are experienced enough to walk you throught he entire process described in the flowchart. RMB will guide you through the entire process, we are here to stay!

 

 

Job Stacking

 

Several builders will agree to build your house at an unrealistic price to land the job, usually based on preliminary plans. Frequently these builders will have too many projects, resulting in poor performance, quality, and a poor building experience for the owner.
