The Building Process

The builder will ultimately be the one you will need to put your trust in. They are responsible for a lot of decisions that will be costly from the time you  break ground to move in, so get them involved as soon as possible. RMB will do all they following work up until the contract for no initial charge, then retainer will be applied to the Contract Budget.

Steers the design team to meet the owners criteria and works with architech on inovative ways to build while keeping to the desired budget

 

A R C H I T E C T  

Designs space to meet the owners criteria

 

E N G I N E E R

Engages when the design is 50% complete 

Structual design input will sometimes alter the outcome of the overall design

 

I N T E R I O R   D E S I G N E R  

Assists in final selections of interior/exterior finished surfaces

O W N E R   /  B U I L D E R 

Once final plans are complete, the builder will finalize a REAL bid or budget and then finalize owner / builder contract
